Monday! Blah!

Scoping out the wildlife or is it just moss?
Look Mom! A Big Man With A Leaf Over His Uggh Hmm! LOL

Today has been madness! I haven't blogged in a while but I just wanted to touch base and let you all know that I am alive and doing well. We had a very nice weekend, aside from the fact that I have allergies this Spring. Wonderful!! Easter Sunday woke up feeling yucky but knew I had to muster up the strenght to do something fun with my little ones. We slept in and woke up quite hungry, so I decided to treat us to a nice restaurant cooked Brunch. After we ate we went back to the house and grabbed a nice big blanket, a board game and iPOD. We headed to the Allen Center Parkway Park (don't actually know the name of this area) and basked in the sun while playing games. My wonderful Partner In Crime (known as P.I.C.) Gigi joined us and brought none other then a FRISBEE!! So we tossed that around for a bit. We then wandered down to the lake to see what creatures we could come across. There we found a couple cute turtles some ducks and a couple bums. What else would you expect in the 4th largest city. I was surprised to find that there wasn't much going on for the Holiday downtown. Anyhow, after we had red, watery and itchy eyes we decided it was time to head indoors (or at least off the grass) for a bit. So we headed to the Edwards Cinema and got tickets to the next showing of Drillbit Taylor. We had an hour or so to kill so we walked over to Starbucks for some Java. We actually really enjoyed the movie, it was very funny. Some parts a bit overkill, but that is Hollywood for you. I'll try to post some pictures soon and update more on the Lalo weekend ventures. Hope you all had a Happy Monday.

So I have your blissful Easter Day image in my head, and then the bums come in. HAHA! Well at least they didn't get into your car this time!
